The objectives of the workshop are to identify, analyze and internalize ways systemic and financial crises affect your institution, how to avert their negative effects and how to optimize their positive potentials. Participants will be equipped with skills to sustainably fulfill the mandate of their institutions despite systemic and financial crises

The workshop will unravel the effects of systemic and financial crises on: exchange rates; stock prices; credit market; national debt; external reserves; mortgage finance; sovereign wealth funds; revenues of corporations and parastatals; seigniorage, regional monetary unions; and commodity exports (oil, gold, copper, diamond, agricultural products, etc.).
The workshop faculty is made up of distinguished scholars and experienced professionals, led by:
Professor S. Raju, Ph.D (Finance); MPA (Harvard University); an internationally renowned expert in Finance.
Participants: For executives in Central Banks; Commercial Banks and other financial institutions; Government; Legislature; Corporations; Parastatals; Regulatory agencies; international and regional development organizations; and for high net-worth entrepreneurs.
Venue: The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, DC, USA. The venue is a walking distance of the White House and many of the best hotels in Washington DC. There is ample car parking space at the Venue and a Metro Center that connects the Venue to all parts of Washington DC and the neighboring States (Virginia, Maryland, etc.).
Fees: US$5,950 per participant, covering tuition, course materials, workshop venue facilities, lunch and beverages. The fees are to be paid in full at the time of registration.
Special Discounts apply to institutions that sponsor three or more participants.
Substitution of Participants
Where a registered participant is unable to attend the workshop, the sponsor can make a substitution and there will be no extra charge or penalty for the substitution. There will be no refund of fees for registered participants that fail to show up at the workshop.
